Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@wuthering.shop to arrange an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return and refund process.
